Plot:
A large amount of murders have been raging in the city of Jenex, by a mysterious person cloaked by the darkness and a mask. Police are baffled, all until her last crime, the killers face is shown. a girl! Appearing to be at the age of only 16. she had taken off her mask in front of a severance camera and looked directly into it, the news quickly spread around the large city.

Just a few weeks ago a girl of the same age moved to this large city in search of a new start in life, after only a few days in this 'new life' she has friends and everything she had ever wanted, but the day after the killers last crime she came to see a news report airing and was shocked to see her self on the screen. Running to her friends for help they turn on her and didn't believe her. Now Police after her for a mass amount of crimes she didn't commit. On top of that some of the victims families chose to take it into their own hands and have even hired Assassins in hopes of getting revenge.

He talks in a calm gentle tone and seeming to be fraile. This teen pretty much has no back story.
