So, I'm planning on starting my very first RP on NA up pretty soon, and I just need to know how many people have read The Abhorsen Trilogy by Garth Nix, just so I know how much background to explain.

SQUUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! ^____^ ^-^ ^.^ : ] : ) : 0 :D  Okay I think that should get across how happy I am! Lolz *glomps Arc* I LOVE the Abhorsen Trilogy! ^.^ I own copies of Lirael, Abhorsen, and Across the Wall (Book of short stories by Nix, has one of Nicholas and Lirael, among others.) The only reason I don't have a copy of Sabriel at the moment is because when I read it, well I borrowed it from the library. Though I will soon have a copy of it also so that I can read the entire trilogy from beginning to end again, and then his other short stories. Also by Garth Nix is Shade's Children I reccomend it. I haven't read The Ragwitch, haven't been able to locate a copy yet. If you were planning on starting an rp in the realm of The Old Kingdom and Ancelstierre, I would more than delightedly join! ^-^

Awesome. You can overlook my work when I'm done to make sure I've gotten everything right.

Also, I love the Abhorsen trilogy. So, so much. I've read it through more than 4 times. When all I do is read at school, I've got the time. >.> Shade's Children was awesome, but I didn't like The Ragwitch as much.

Well, I guess I'll see when I get a hold of a copy of it. Though I seriously reccomend Across the Wall It's simply amazing, and there are so many different views on things it's crazy. I just picked it up and was skimming through the titles and I was like, oh yea! That's where that story was from and I remember what this ones about. I haven't picked it up in nearly a year because it got hidden >.<
