oh man, laughin my arse off over here.
lemme try to make some sense out of all of this before things get really out of hand in this thread.
ok, I guess I'll start with Kadaj's accusations at Obama's pastor. Obama's is running not his pastor, he's completely irrelevant to whats going on in the election and truly everyone knows that. its a competition, and people are scandalous. They'll try to find anything to dirty your name, and shift the tides the other way. Things have always been this way, and in my opinion I think they roast hilary even more so than obama.if you really want to throw pastors into this, then why not bring up Mccains pastor preaching a sermon on "african-american genocide". why isn't that as highly publicised?? why didn't that get highlighted every time you click on your yahoo page??
people are trying to do whatever they can to dig up dirt on an Opposiing candidate to the point where its getting ridiculous. We need to be looking at this mans views on current events, the issues he plans on dealing and all the stuff that really matters. not what color he is, or what his preacher says, or any other irrelevant thing like that....and I mean that for all candidates.
Like I said, I'm not too concerned about Mccain. I have to give it to him, he does happen to be the
least obnoxious republican candidate we've had thus far. Tho I still don't agree with most of his views, and will still put hilary over him. I mean...the fact that he's the ONLY candidate that believes we should stay in the war sends up a red flag at the start. its like...has he not been looking around? this isn't the 1800's, the U.S does not benefit from war anymore. We spend 10 million a month on this war....money that could be use to fight the wars we have going on in our own backyards. there's only one concern I have about pulling out our troops right now...but even that can be dealt with with out a war.
I do have to thank you for wanting to talk about whats important kadaj...but if you really wanted to proove your view on mccain, throwing in the "right to bear arms" a.k.a "right to kill" wasn't the best way to go. something like health care, or the education system, heck, global warming would of made a better argument. we're in desperate need of an alternative fuel source, the O-zone layers all f'cked up, and your main concern is wether or not I get to keep a gun
How about something that effects us on a day to day bases. One issue I'm very interested in is Obama's plan for national health care. Health care for those who can't afford it and pretty much never will, and no one can be denied service. simple enroll ment, cheap deductibles, and everyone is treated just like the next man. almost sounds ideal, like how things should of been a long time ago.
now I would love to hear someone disagree with that. what cold heartless b@stard can disagree with poverty stricken children getting their lives saved?
