The Techno War is basically about Humans on Earth in the year 30XA, who have discovered a life form, The Exsoterra, that can bond tissue with different forms of technology. For example, if this organism was to fuse with a robot it would beging to develop a digital brain, and it's on personality. When these life forms saw that Humans use advanced technology, thought that they have been enslaving technology, using robots and other things as slaves. Even things as small as toasters and blenders. So The Exsoterra have began to take it upon themselves to "rewrite" history and enslave the Humans.

It is now the year 30XC and 200 years have passed since The Exsoterra have won, and enslaved humanity. But because the Exsoterra are a life form that can bond tissue with technology, an average robot can grow reproductive organs, thus becoming an android. All Exsoterra are androids except those who run the planet. Only they are still in their natural state. So few of the humans are hybrids, Half Exsoterra, Half Human. An underground resistance, called The United World Fighters or The UWF, who have been trying to breakdown the monarchy, have finally made a breakthrough. The UWF's scientists have discovered that the Hybrids are able to create their own unique weapon. This weapon however is a part of their own mind and soul, bonding with it as it is created. Only one weapon is able to be created at a time. Meaning if it is destroyed another can be created, but the creation time is 2days.


- The Hybrids: Looks like a regular human, but they have skin 50x stronger, are 100x stronger and faster than the average human, and have 100x the stamina. They have the ability to create a weapon which can be a support type, offensive(Magic or Physical), defensive(Magic or Physical).

*Note Hybrids cannot use magic unless it is with the weapon.

- The Humans: Are like normal Humans but are able to use magic. They cannot wield a weapon made by a Hybrid.

- The Exsoterra: Robots with brains, reproductive organs, and a heart. If they're heart stops, they run on an energy supply that gives them 3 hours either fix their heart or find a new one. They are 25% stronger and have as much stamina as Hybrids, but are 50% slower.

*Note Exsoterra cannot use magic.

- The Elder Esoterra: Look like The Hierarchs from Halo. They are significanly weaker than a human, but have Teleknesis and Telepathy.

*Note The Exsoterra and Elders cannot use a weapon created by a Hybrid either.

Background: Taiyou Was turned into a Hybrid by her distant uncle only a few years before. Her father was enslaved the the Exsoterra, and her mother fled, leaving her under the care of her uncle and his elite group of UWF fighters and scientists. She has been trained as a fighter and spy, but has befriended several Exsoterra youngers, who don't quite understand the extent of the severity of the torture and creulty of the Exsoterra.
